In the tradition of the couture houses, all sales are final. Each piece is made by hand in small numbers, many of them made to order or one of one, and no two are ever quite alike. Every piece carries a frequency of its own, meant to be kept pristine and entirely yours. Should yours arrive harmed, write to the atelier and we will make it right. Rose Society is cut in XS/S, M, and L/XL, with a fluid, generous drape worn open, belted, or layered. The cut is forgiving, so take the size you would normally wear. Our demi couture one-of-one pieces are made in XS/S. For personal fit guidance, write to the atelier.

Made-to-order pieces are typically ready in 2 to 4 months, depending on their intricacy. We confirm the timing with you when you order, and expediting is often possible for an additional fee.

Every piece travels with our compliments, worldwide, in our signature presentation packaging. Please allow around a week for your order to be prepared before it ships. Within the US, delivery is generally 3 to 5 business days once dispatched; worldwide, 5 to 10 business days. Any duties or taxes on international orders are set by your country. Every order is released to an adult signature.

Specialist dry clean only, by a cleaner experienced with fine silk and hand embellishment. Steam gently on low from the reverse, keeping heat away from the embroidery and beadwork, and rest it on a padded hanger in its dust bag, out of direct sunlight.
